Minimums vary by day, time, guest count and seasonal demand. Holiday weekends and high-demand dates may carry a higher minimum.

Clear details upfront, so planning feels simple.
Booking & payment
A signed event agreement and a non-refundable 25% booking retainer are required to reserve the date. Dates are not held without both items.
The remaining balance is due seven days before the event. Additional approved charges incurred during the event are due at its conclusion.
Guest count & menu deadline
Final guest count, menu selections and dietary requests are due seven days before the event. Final charges are based on the guaranteed guest count or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
Service charge, tax & additional fees
A 22% service charge and applicable sales tax will be added to private-event charges.
Possible additional charges include premium menu upgrades, additional staffing, plated service, cake cutting ($3 per guest), additional event time and excessive cleaning (starting at $250).
Cancellation & rescheduling
The booking retainer is non-refundable. Cancellations 15–30 days before the event are responsible for 50% of the contracted total. Cancellations 14 days or less before the event are responsible for the full contracted total.
One date change may be considered when requested at least 30 days in advance, subject to availability and current event minimums.
Food, desserts & dietary requests
Outside food is not permitted. Professionally prepared cakes or desserts may be allowed with advance approval; a cake-cutting fee may apply.
We make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed dietary needs, but Manaao is not an allergen-free kitchen and cannot guarantee against cross-contact.
Bar service
Hosted, limited hosted and guest-paid bar options may be available. Alcohol is not included unless stated in the proposal. Outside alcohol is not permitted. Valid government-issued identification is required.
Decorations, vendors & damage
Decorations and vendor access require advance approval. Confetti, glitter, open flame, smoke machines, nails and permanent adhesives are not permitted. The contracting guest is responsible for damage caused by guests, vendors or outside equipment.
Capacity, timing & parking
Capacity is approximately 45 seated guests and up to approximately 50 depending on layout. Buffet, gift, entertainment or dance areas may reduce seating.
Late arrival does not extend the contracted event time. Complimentary shared shopping-center parking is available, subject to availability.
